Mitsubishi Evo X | 18x10.5 WORK Meister S1R!

Brand new for 2011, the WORK Meister S1R has quickly become one of the most popular releases. We took the opportunity to outfit our Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution MR with a set of WORK Meister S1R.
The finish chosen is Matte Bronze (GMB) with Matte Bronze Anodized Barrel, perfectly complementing the bright red color of the vehicle. Sizing is an aggressive 18x10.5 F&R with a 265/35/18 all around.
The wheel is available in 18" & 19" applications, please see the sizing chart here. Widths range from 7.5" up to 11.5" wide.
The WORK Meister S1R center disk comes standard in Feinheit Silver II (FS2), Matte Black (MBL), and Matte Bronze (GMB). The center disk can also be customized with other special finish choices (please inquire with your dealer). The outer barrel comes standard in anodized polished finish, although can be ordered in different finishes. These include Matte Bronze Anodized (shown on vehicle), Glossy Bronze Anodized, Matte Black Anodized, and Glossy Black Anodized.
The ability to customize does not end there. Like many of our other wheels, we can customize the bolt pattern for almost any vehicle. Available bolt patterns include 4x98~4x100 and 5x98~5x120.65. In addition, they also offer a 5x130 bolt pattern for Porsche in 19" (O-Disk). Since it is a 2 piece wheel, offset can be customized within 1mm increments, providing precise wheel fitment. In addition, the wheel has an optional billet aluminum "Meister" centercap to complete the look (as shown above).
We chose to run the R-Disk on the front in order to clear the large Brembo calipers. Due to the tight clearance with the brakes, we also ran a 5mm wheel spacer in order to safe tolerance between the wheel and caliper. On the rear, the O-Disk was used to maximize the lip sizing, while maintaining the same width & offset all around for proper functioning of the vehicle's AWD drivetrain.
We would like to thank APR Performance who helped to provide not only downforce, but also looks to match with their APR Front Air Dam along with their APR GTC-300 Adjustable Carbon Fiber Wing.
The end result with the WORK Meister S1R on the Evo X was a perfect combination that we hope you enjoy!
